You arrive from 17:00 on Tuesday. We welcome you warmly and get you settled in your room (carribean, bohemian, ocean etc) where there will be a really nice goody bag waiting for you. Everyone says a little about themselves and we all start by getting to know each other. Jalou and Michelle will share their stories, how they got into their sports, why they love it so much and tell you all about the next day’s adventures.
We start the next morning with a big and healthy breakfast and some yoga stretching to get you ready for a long and exciting day on the bike.
You will spend two days on the bike through mixed terrain and beautiful scenery, and you will spend a night outdoors under the sky. We provide all sleeping gear like sleeping bags, hammocks and tents. You will get some food to bring for lunch, snack bars and water. For dinner we will make a fire pit and cook some great food outdoors. Food and drinks for dinner and breakfast the day after will be transported to your campsite.
On Thursday you will eat lunch at a cozy restaurant either in the countryside or by the ocean, before cycling back to Villa. Here the sauna, jacuzzi and pool are waiting for you to recover, even a massage.
Friday and Saturday we will do yoga in the morning and then kitesurfing, beginner course or coaching. These days are for all levels in kitesurfing! When you stay at Villa to kitesurf, you put on your wetsuit at the Villa and then take a Rawbike or golf car 2 min down to the beach and the kite spot.
Sunday after breakfast we will go on a beautiful SUP adventure in Sweden’s “Amazonas” where you will end up in the beautiful dunes by the ocean, and finish with a delightful lunch at the Villa.
This is our preliminary agenda for the camp. We have to pay attention to the wind these days so we might have to switch what days we do the different activities. For example, we may have to go kitesurfing the two first days and the bike experience the fourth day.
Should it not be enough wind for 2 days kitesurfing, we of course have other nice activities such as a local bike and food experience where you bike in the fun forest trails, on the beach and on the road. You will visit local food and beverage producers, like a well known veggie farmer, a stone oven bakery, ice cream factory, small batch distillery and more. Falkenberg is well known for its many unique food producers.
We also have a really good CPR and safety course by “Säkerhetsutbildningar Sverige”. We talk about different risks and what to do if something unforeseen happens when you are far from civilization, on the water or the beach. How you should react when something happens and how to do CPR.
