The total amount will be invoiced upon booking
When you’ve made your booking we’ll send you an invoice for the total amount.
To secure your booking, the paid amount needs to be received by us at the latest 5 days after the invoice has been sent.
If the payment doesn’t reach us in time your booking may be cancelled.
Cancellation more than 30-days prior to your stay – 100% refund
For cancellations made more than 30 days before your stay we’ll refund 100% of the paid amount.
Haven’t paid the invoice yet? Let us know and we’ll discard the invoice.
Cancellation 7 to 30-days prior to your stay – change of dates free of charge or 50% refund
For cancellations made 7-30 days prior to your stay we can change the dates to another available date free of charge. If not we will refund 50% of the paid amount.
Cancellation within 7 days to your stay – no refund*
For cancellations within 7 days to your stay there will not be a refund in most cases.
*In some cases we can change the booking to another date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to facilitate this if possible.
