Start your journey towards a positive lifestyle and wellbeing with this exclusive work-out camp experience!
This isn’t just about working up a sweat; it’s also about proper techniques, nutrition and maybe the most important – finding your “WHY”; for positive lifestyle changes.
During this workout retreat, you will activate your body, join a short run if you like and hopefully make some new friendships.
Our instructor and coach for this camp, Sofie, will guide you in setting up or meeting your work out goals through a collection of outdoor activities such as circle work out and running. (Or walking if you like)
All levels and ages are much welcome to join this camp.
Other activity breaks like SUP Adventure and kite course are available. If you are interested in taking a kite course let us know in advance, and it will be an extra cost.
All the activities are of course combined with the exceptional facilities our guests love, to ensure you can recover properly.
You’ll take part in two exercise sessions per day. With a perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training – in different outdoor settings.
The program also includes nutrition education, pepp talks, spa facilities and homemade healthy and delicious breakfasts, lunches, snacks and 3-course dinners.
Our instructor and coach, Sofie Moser
Sofie is an educated group exercise instructor, personal trainer, nutritional advisor and health coach, trained at The Academy, which is the Nordic region’s leading educational company in personal training, nutrition and health. Sofie is passionate about inspiring people to find the joy in incorporating movement into everyday life as a natural part of life. Health means so much more than just diet and exercise, which Sofie will talk more about at the camp! An active lifestyle has always been a matter of course for Sofie as she kitesurfs, skis and runs races – nothing would have been possible without continuous care for her body.
